Solution to broken strings/ball ends falling into the guitar and shorting out the circuit board: A significant number of Acoustasonic owners have had their DSP boards damaged when broken ball ends of strings fall into the guitar while it is active and shorting out the board. A number of people have added Power Pins to prevent this, but I wanted to find a different way (I personally don't like the look of the Power Pins 
. I designed and 3D printed a small box that mounts under the bridgepins that will catch any broken string parts and prevent them from getting to the electronics. I've included some photos of the device and two videos, the first where I demonstrate that the device works, and the second that shows how it is installed in the guitar. Based on my test, this works well.
